Parents with small children tend to like colonials, since it can be easier to hear if there is a problem at night, and it is convenient for feedings and diaper changes with a new baby. Artisitic temperaments appreciate Victorian, Contemporary, and Craftsman style homes. Some buyers have a style preference, while others are open to any style as long as it is in the preferred neighborhood and meets their needs.
