“WHAT DOES AN HOA FEE COVER” 

HOA is an abbreviation in condo language for Homeowners Association Fee.  Every month, the condominium owners must pay the HOA fee to the association.  The monies collected are generally used for the maintaining and improving the properties in the association.  These are areas shared by the homeowners.  While the manner in which the money us used can can vary from the community, it generally covers things like pool and tennis court maintenance, roof maintenance, limited insurance, and termite treatment.
