Lets Talk Real Estate!
“ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL”
As appreciable percentage of homeowners are not satisfied with the size of their current homes. According to a poll of over 2,000 homeowners, fewer than a third (32%) of those surveyed said they would choose a home of the same size as the one that they currently live in if they were going to move within the next year. Of those expressing disatisfaction with the size of their current homes, those currently living in homes larger than 2,000 square feet would choose a smaller home than the one they are living in rather than a larger one, 60.6% versus 39.4%. As circumstances change, homeowners should adjust to changing needs. An experienced real estate agent can help with the transition. If you already own a home, you know the amount of time, energy, and effort required to maintain it. A smaller home requires less of your time, energy, and effort. Smaller homes are also less expensive to buy and less expensive to keep (insurance, taxes, heating, cooling, and electricity). And a smaller, more affordable to a larger percentage of the population than a more expensive, less affordable one! To learn more about our listing please call us today.
