Lets Talk Real Estate!

When an employee is aked by an employer to make a work-related move, it is customary for the company to help financially with the relocation effort. In some cases, an employer will go so far as to purchase relocated employees’ homes, enabling employees to free up sufficient funds to purchase homes in the areas to which they are being reassigned. Otherwise, an employer may offer a guaranteed price for relocated employees’ old homes if they do not sell within a specified period or for a reset price. Employers have also been known to carry the interest payments on the old homes until they are sold. At the very least, employers may help relocating employees with their moving costs. Using the services of an experienced real estate agent is one of the smartest moves you can make when it’s time to sell your home. If it’s a career-related relocation, be sure to ask your employer if they are offering any kind of relocation package. We will use the full range of our expertise, knowledge, and commitment to get you the price you are looking for when it comes time to sell. You can always count on us to do what is in your best interest.   “OUR SUCCESS HAS BEEN BUILT ONE SATISIFIED CUSTOMER AT A TIME.”
