When deciding to buy property, it is good to have a list.  Feel free to indulge yourself and your fantasies, but also include on the list the items you would be willing to give up or modify.  For instance, you may really want granite and stainless steal appliances in the kitchen but will sacrifice that for the right school district.  Four bedrooms may be the ultimate luxury, but you will live with three if you can get two full baths.  A slightly longer commute could be worth it if you can get more square footage or a larger lot size.  You would just love a pool but will be happy with an oversized garage and charming shed.   When making a list, include everything, including the must haves. “the” wouldn’t it be greats,”  the “can easily live withouts,” and the “I’ve always dreamed of havings.”  Once you’re done, highlight each category in the different color and see the at a glance where you stand in making a decision of what to pursue each time you visit a prospective property.  Helping you achieve your real estate goals is our number one priority.  “OUR SUCCESS HAS BEEN BUILT ONE SATISIFIED CUSTOMER AT A TIME.”
