Lets Talk Real Estate!

“SMELLS”

Your home should always smell as fresh as possible when buyers view it. Animal smells can sometimes be a problem and hard to deal with. Try to keep litter boxes as clean as possible. Regularly wash the bedding and blankets that your sweet animal loves. Clean up the food dishes. If there is a smoker in the house make sure all bedding, drapery and rugs are refreshed before you list and during the listing duration. Smoke is very pervasive and a big issue with buyers. Clean with pleasantly scented and long-lasting products. Keep air fresheners plugged in to outlets. If there are fresh fragrant flowers  (like lilacs) available, feature a big bouquet near the front door. Potential buyers have sometimes been so turned off by the way a house smells that they have walked out without even looking past the odor. Don’t let something like that happen to you. Turn instead to a real estate professional who has the experience to show a property to its best advantage. For ways to maximize the appeal of your home the moment a prsopective buyer walks in, please call our office. “OUR SUCCESS HAS BEEN BUILT ONE SATISIFIED CUSTOMER AT A TIME.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
