“DON’T CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM”

Repainting the front door before a home is listed for sale is one of the best (and most cost-effective) ways to boost the home’s “curb appeal.” Not only does a neat and tidy front door provide a signal to potential buyers that the home is well-maintained, but its color can also provide a hint of the home’s personality. For instance, a red front door on a home with white siding and black window shutters lends a touch of excitement amidst an otherwise traditional color scheme. The same may be said of virtually any color, from green and blue to orange and yellow, provided the door’s color complements the overall color scheme. Even black can work well. Curb appeal is the first step in creating interest. In today’s word of internet and photography, pictures of a property can have a major impact. If your home lacks an attractive entryway or appealing landscaping, many prospective buyers will reject it without looking further. Or they will try to lowball you on the price. If you’re planning to sell your home, please call or stop by our office.   “OUR SUCCESS HAS BEEN BUILT ONE SATISIFIED CUSTOMER AT A TIME.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
