“WHAT IS A PLANNED UNITE DEVELOPMENT?”

A Planned Unit Development, or PUD, is a type of residential development consisting of homes grouped together on lots (typically smaller than usual) surrounding open, parklike shared grounds. The homeowners own the home itself, the land it is on, and usually small yards, back and front. If there are fifty townhomes in the development, they also own on fiftieth of the common land. There is a Homeowner Association, and their fees typically cover the maintenance of the common land and the roads in the development. The homeowners are responsible for maintaining the home and the small portion of land around it. Usually, the HOA fee is not as high as one in a condominium. Determining the kind of neighborhood you and your family would like to live in is probably the very first decision you’ll want to make when choosing to move. Although many, many decisions will follow throughout the process, this starting off point is key. As your real estate agent, we can help by pointing out details of potential choices you may not have considered before. Sit down with us and let’s discuss the details.  “OUR SUCCESS HAS BEEN BUILT ONE SATISIFIED CUSTOMER AT A TIME.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
